Our proprietary Shopify App can instantly kick start the M2C service for your existing Shopify store. Otherwise, the platform also supports a low or no effort integration with most ecommerce stores or OMS systems to get started in days. A dedicated Account Manager is assigned to support the the full lifecycle of your order to delivery process with Redefined Logistics. The account manager serves as your primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and personalized service from day 1, with accountabilities for: - onboarding and success planning, aligned with your goals with our logistics solutions, including a tailored roadmap for success. - proactive performance reviews, with regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to analyze performance, optimize logistics strategies, and address evolving business needs. - Continuous monitoring of key metrics like inventory forecast, reorder, and turnover tracking etc., network optimization for shipping efficiency and cost savings, and providing actionable insights for improvement for scalability and growth. - Represent your voice among internal teams (operations, tech, and customer success) to ensure smooth execution and rapid issue resolution.
