Red Stag Fulfillment is a different breed of fulfillment partner. We’re founded and owned by ecommerce operators, not venture capitalists. If we miss a guarantee, we will pay you for our mistake. And we don’t do long-term agreements until we get to know each other. We believe we should earn your business every 30 days. Two: Our people are our most valuable resource … not our technology. We take great care of our people who pack your boxes so they can take great care of your customers. Our Client Success Team is built from people who cut their teeth on the warehouse floor. Great technology isn’t worth a darn if the people who use it don’t care. Three: Fulfillment is your last mile and the first physical touch point with your customers. Everything we do is designed to deliver on that experience. Quickly, simply, cost-effectively, at scale, and always with your brand experience in mind. 2 warehouse locations, not 50, allow for simple inventory management while still allowing you to reach 96% of the U.S. within 2 days with ground shipping while minimizing cost. A dedicated logistics team simplifies your inventory’s journey from factory to warehouse. If a 1.5% shrink allowance, 99.3% order accuracy, missed shipping cutoffs, and the bargain basement pricing that comes along with those concessions are good enough for you, we’re not your 3PL. Account Management Our Client Success Team is built from people who cut their teeth on the warehouse floor. They know receiving, picking, packing, and shipping firsthand. And they’re on call when you need them. Need help with an inbound logistics issue? Carrier make a mistake? Need help with a special inventory project? Talk to a real, competent team member, fast. Clients can choose between a dedicated account manager for more complex fulfillment needs or larger clients, or our shared support group for more budget-conscious clients. Dedicated Onboarding Support Like all good relationships, with a fulfillment partner, extra care is required at the beginning. Our dedicated onboarding team puts in the extra time and energy to understand your needs and dial in a process that results in a seamless transition — for you and your customers.
