Nimble is a robotic e-commerce 3PL providing industry best SLAs at industry-low costs per unit. We strive to enable the most reliable, economical and sustainable 2-day or less delivery. We accomplish this by using a national network of 3 robotic warehouses with autonomous pick and pack fulfillment to reduce labor by 8X and space by 4X. Our warehouses easily scale robots up/down to handle seasonal volatility and our distributed network allows us to reduce the cost of final mile transportation, enabling brands to offer free or low-cost 2-day delivery to their customers.

We have a dedicated customer support team to provide rapid response times available during all business hours. We also developed a technology cloud logistics platform that allows customers to track inventory, orders, shipping status, etc. while submitting support tickets for any issues that may arise. We have an NPS score of 70 (excellent) compared to 3PL industry averages in the 20-30 range.
