At the core of Mobix's account management is the Client Success Manager role, which serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. These managers are responsible for: - Regularly meeting with clients via video calls and occasionally in person to address concerns and ensure satisfaction. - Coordinating with internal departments such as account managers, warehouse managers, and developers to resolve client issues and streamline operations. - Proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges to maintain smooth logistics processes.
