Jay Group offers a 5:1 Ratio of Clients to Account Managers. Our Account Managers avg over 5 years with our organization in a Client Services role. Our clients require dedicated Account Managers who know their product and brand strategy, operate as an extension of their operations or leadership team and are located in the warehouses their product is stored. Through weekly business reviews our AM's are communicating with you on our performance levels, forecast accuracy, transportation and carton utilization and performance, exception and issue management and resolution.
