When you partner with Evans Distribution Systems, we become an extension of your business. Customers are provided the highest quality service, regardless of the size of the account. Customers are onboarded by our implementation manager to draft customer specific work instructions which covers all account details regarding the product type/substance, shipping/receiving, storage/handling requirements, etc. Customers are assigned a facility (and operations manager) and a dedicated customer service representative that will be the main point of contact. From there customers will meet with operations and sales periodically to review the account, address challenges or process improvements, and adjust for change of scope, if need be.
