We have a two-tail approach when it comes to Account Management. You have your designated Account Manager whom you have direct contact to oversees your account, processes, forcasting, etc. They are a true extension of your team/brand, are onsite at the location you are shipping out of, and understand your processes/requirements in depth so they can make recommendations and solutions.

The second part of our approach is through our Customer Service team (CS). This team is also on-site and actually receives tickets directly. This means upon submission, these tickets are directly fed to the warehouse so we can have a quicker turn around time when it comes to solving challenges and finding long term fixes since usually the same CS team is working on your account.

Our ideal customer does typically 5K+ shipments per month. That said, we understand that oftentimes brands need a great partner in order to scale to that level, so we do look at smaller brands on a case-by-case basis to help them flourish. An example of that is that we are a part of different programs like the Sephore incubator program where we take on small but emerging brands (500 OPM).

That said, our ideal customer fits within the Wellness, Beauty or Fashion space (this isn't just humans, think pets, babies, etc). They ship minimally 5K OPM, require some customization (kitting, custom packaging, etc), and are multi-channeled (DTC, Retail, B2B, Amazon, etc). A lot of our customers have subscription models and or are looking for a true partner to help them tackle unique challenges in their business.
