Our account management philosophy:
1) Only onboard clients who are a fit for our business and are consistent with our current clients (i.e. needs, pack-outs, volumes). The root cause of most account management issues come from 3PLs onboarding clients who are a poor fit with their business.
2) Locate our account management team inside each facility, just steps away from our client’s products to drive “on the ground” knowledge of each one of our client’s SKUs, packaging, etc. Remote account management does not work.
3) Have proper supply/demand dynamics between client needs and number of knowledgeable account reps at all times to drive fast, accurate service.
