Our team is strategically located at each site, so you will always have access just footsteps away from your inventory. Our on-site team consists of client service, operations and IT professionals, many of whom have worked for Capacity for its entire existence. Clients will have a Client Account Manager (CAM) who intimately understands the business and its day-to-day requirements. Clients will also have Client Account Specialists, handling urgent, simple requests like address corrections, ship method changes, delayed/missing orders; and anything that needs to be handled fast. The CAM is responsible for the functional areas like IT, finance, and operations. Because we have Client Account Specialists also located in India, you have near 24 hour support. Additionally, we have a routing team dedicated to routing retailer shipments. See above on escalation and communication options.
