These services include product labeling, ticketing, tagging, kitting, bundling, and customization to meet retailer, marketplace, and brand requirements at scale. Returns management and reverse logistics are a core component of our ecommerce fulfillment offering. Blueprint supports end to end customer return processing, including RMA intake, inspection, condition grading, restocking, repackaging, refurbishment coordination when applicable, and disposition management. Our returns workflows are designed to reduce processing time, improve inventory recovery, control costs, and support a positive post purchase customer experience. We work closely with brands to align return rules, data visibility, and return disposition strategies with financial and customer service objectives. In addition to ecommerce fulfillment, Blueprint provides secure warehousing, business to business distribution, transportation support, and supply chain consulting services. We assist clients with overflow storage, regional distribution, inventory management, and custom operational solutions tailored to each business model. Blueprint also offers specialized warehouse and logistics advisory services. Our consulting practice focuses on warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and supply chain operations, helping clients improve performance, reduce costs, select and implement systems, design efficient processes, and make informed outsourcing decisions. We view account management as an operational function rather than a purely administrative role, ensuring our team remains closely connected to day to day activity inside the warehouse. Each client is supported by a dedicated account manager who serves as the primary point of contact and operational advocate. This individual is responsible for understanding the client’s business, fulfillment requirements, service level expectations, and growth objectives, while actively overseeing performance and issue resolution. Our account managers work in close coordination with warehouse leadership, operations supervisors, and systems teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and execution on the floor. This structure allows us to respond quickly to changes in order volume, promotions, seasonality, new SKUs, or special handling requirements without disruption. We emphasize proactive communication and transparency. Clients receive regular performance updates and operational reporting focused on order accuracy, ship times, inventory status, inbound and outbound trends, returns activity, and service level performance. When issues arise, they are addressed directly and collaboratively, with clear root cause identification and corrective action. For ecommerce brands, account management extends beyond outbound fulfillment to include inbound planning, value added services, returns and reverse logistics workflows, and continuous process improvement. Our team works closely with clients to refine workflows, improve efficiency, and adapt operations as the business evolves. As clients scale, Blueprint’s account management team assists with operational planning, system enhancements, staffing adjustments, and capacity forecasting to support growth without sacrificing service levels.
