At Atomix, account management is built around high-touch, personalized support designed to give you more control and faster resolutions. Every client is assigned their own Atomix Fulfillment Pod — a dedicated space in our warehouse that’s managed by your Pod Manager, who acts as an extension of your team. This person oversees your day-to-day fulfillment operations, knows your brand’s nuances, and ensures accuracy and consistency with every order. For communication, you’ll have direct chat access to your Pod Manager through the Atomix App. This real-time connection means faster response times, fewer back-and-forth emails, and quick resolution of any issues. If something needs immediate attention, your Pod Manager is only a few steps away from the warehouse floor to make it happen. Our average chat response time is 20 minutes or less, with simple issues typically resolved within 4 hours and complex matters handled within 24 hours. You can also opt for a dedicated Slack channel if you prefer that mode of communication.
