Our team sets up an internal server on Discord where we have our whole team and management handling every part of the business from receiving to returns and shipping. We have a full time staff member monitoring customer inquiries for general questions down to order specific ones. Each client has a designated account manager but they also have access to the fulfillment team. Using a real time communication platform instead of a ticketing system leads to faster solutions for our clients. For urgent issues we also offer phone support.
